went ice skating......
trying to earn some technic... but fall... on my leg...
luckily not my knee... if not...
butt still cramp after the badminton....
and my abs ^^"..... hehehe
hey... not weak ya... just tht i didnt do my warm up...
and for ur information... i forgotten to bring my knee guard.... ^^"
met a new fren there....
